Yoga


Having taught in London and around the world, I’m passionate about promoting health, vitality and wellbeing through yoga. My aim is to provide inspirational classes that inspire a deeper understanding of breath, movement and the inner self. Mixing dynamic creative sequences with moments of stillness, I also emphasise postural alignment and the integration of yoga principles into daily life. My personal yoga practice has seen me explore many different styles and train with some of the most influential teachers around. I’ve had the good fortune to study alongside Simon Low (founder of The Yoga Academy), David Life and Sharon Gannon (co-founders of Jivamukti Yoga), as well as Shiva Rea, Paul Grilley, Sarah Powers and Claire Missingham.

Classes can held at your own home, place of work or at my studio. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or a complete beginner, I’ll go at your pace. Over time you’ll build a practice that you can take away and use any time or place.

Why yoga?

People look to yoga for a whole variety of reasons. To become fitter and leaner, to quieten a racing mind, to sleep better, to aid digestion, to alleviate back problems, to lower blood pressure or simply for some ‘me’ time. What’s important to remember is that yoga is so much more than a collection of exercises. It flexes every muscle in the body, tones the respiratory system, invigorates organs, flushes blood vessels, calms the nerves, eliminates toxins, realigns bones, improves posture, enhances skin quality, focuses attention, relieves depression and increases energy levels. The list is endless.
