Pre & Postnatal


Your body undergoes some considerable changes both during and after pregnancy and it’s important to carry all exercise and wellbeing programmes under the guidance of a qualified instructor. I am a firm believer that pregnancy shouldn’t hold you back, in fact it can add a new and hugely enjoyable dimension to your training. I am fully qualified to teach both pre and post pregnancy fitness, and have experience in adapting exercise programmes for many pregnancy-associated conditions. I also strongly support adding meditation and breathing techniques into classes as both practices can be invaluable in the lead up to, and indeed the time after your birth.
