Over time (or straight away if you have a good level of fitness), you can opt for a more cardio focused Power Plate™ session lasting either 25 or 40 minutes. Using a variety of training methods we’ll mix high-octane boxing and skipping with free weights, medicine and Swiss balls and Kettle Bells. My aim will be to build a truly dynamic series of sequences, these sessions are a considerable step up in pace, difficulty and intensity from my regular Power Plate™ classes. This is a no holds barred workout, so expect to see significant improvements in strength, flexibility and muscle tone. You’ll also increase your aerobic capacity and fitness levels, decrease blood pressure and burn plenty of calories. Be prepared to sweat!
